Ally Schultz joined the Federal City Council in October 2022. She has a background in communications, event planning and program coordination. Currently serving as a Communications Associate at the Federal City Council, Ally executes comprehensive communication strategies to enhance visibility and promote the revitalization of Downtown DC and Union Station. Additionally, she manages the Emerging Leaders Program, which informs up-and-coming leaders on the history and intricacies of the District.
Prior to her role at the Federal City Council, Ally served as the Development Coordinator at Anera (American Near East Refugee Aid). Ally holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gettysburg College. She furthered her education through a study abroad program in Belgrade, Serbia, focusing on the history of the former Yugoslavia and post-conflict transformation.
